Moon's Air responded to our call within minutes. They showed up prompt with professional workers eager to service our needs. We had our main unit go out and they replaced it the same day. No ordering parts and no down time.

3 Stars - Customer Service
Everything started great, but I don't enjoy how things have gone since. During the quoting, Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly, and told me this unit would require an $60 filter every 6 months. And that's great, good to know how to take care of the system and it's not a huge cost. He then told me that the service contract had a 2 year service agreement and would cover the filters, over $300 in value. Excellent! Great customer care, I'm set for a couple years and feel confident that I'm going to be taken care of for the life of this unit further down the road. Well, I should have known when the 1st service contract came in with only a 1 year service plan that I was going to have trouble. It's been almost a year in now and on my second service, here I am paying for filters. That discoordination between sales and what the company is willing to deliver has given me pause for the rest of the 10 year warranty and what wont be included in that. If i had I known customer service was going to make me feel this way, I would have considered more options.
So to make a long review short. Moon's can deliver cool air and the pricing was reasonable and in line with their peers, but sales is full of hot air.

First and foremost, genuine kindness started with the person answering the phone, the owner and the 3 gentlemen that installed the inside and outside unit. Good Customer Quality is in this business. They answered all my questions, even when I called back to get clarification. The Install was Great!!I have a new Unit installed that is very quiet and Cold. Thank you Lord & Moons!!
We have purchased new systems for our home. Installation was done as scheduled and the equipment is superior. The workman were pleasant and efficient. They service every six months and are always available when I need them.
Moon was excellent in their communication and service from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. I highly recommend them.
There are a lot of AC companies in Northwest Louisiana. Some are good and reliable. Others not so much. When you find one the you can trust stick with them. Moon Air is that company for me.
Moon installed my AC system and they also do all the maintenance. Their employees are pros, respectful and do the work correctly. Prices are very reasonable.
I highly recommend them.
