Technicians (Hunter, Matt & Stephan) did good work - I was pleased with their efficiency both in the removal and installation - on the coldest day of the year too. They were thorough and made sure to address the install issues that were requested.

Jason Gill gave me a great quote, the value was the best of the three quotes. Jason check up on the install and even sent an additional technician by to support the team.

I reached out to Moon's about a new 4-ton unit for our house after getting a quote from a competitor. Moon's pricing was several thousand dollars better, and they walked me through the pros and cons of the different options for SEER, heat system, etc. They were able to schedule and complete installation quickly and came back a couple of days later to adjust air flow to make sure the system was heating evenly in different parts of the house. I'd recommend them 100%.

They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning and inspection the units. Very professional. I had one unit that wouldn't come on and another technician came and completed it and got it started , this was all in the same day. Everybody was so very nice and professional.
