It is rare for me to be satisfied with a company in every aspect of my dealings with them, but I confidently give Moon's Air a 5/5 rating. It was a bit of an ordeal working with me I am sure due to the fact that I had a couple of maybe-not-common things I needed them to work into my new A/C system installation. It was not just a cut-and-dry give me an estimate then immediately come out to perform the work. From start to finish, each and every person I dealt with at Moon's Air had a good attitude AND a good sense of humor, which is of the utmost importance when dealing with me! They were all professional and seemed well-versed in the various positions they hold within the company. Jason came out promptly to look at what we were working with, gave me a solid estimate, and answered all emails and phone calls in very quick fashion. Preston and Tyler came to do the installation once everything I wanted was finally in place. They were so much fun to have in my home...again, I need folks with a sense of humor! They were calm and methodical, answered questions I didn't know I had, and just did an all-around great job. I also met Mr. Billy once...the overall good attitude and work ethic obviously starts from the top down. After the installation, a wonderful lady (I am SO sorry that I cannot recall her name...old age has brought to me a memory that is not great) to follow up to make sure I was satisfied and to let me know how to manage my warranty registration and such. I am relieved to know that in the future I have these reliable folks to call on for any HVAC issues I might have, instead of just calling around randomly (I am relatively new to the area) in hopes of finding someone reputable and reliable.
