We have purchased new systems for our home. Installation was done as scheduled and the equipment is superior. The workman were pleasant and efficient. They service every six months and are always available when I need them.

There are a lot of AC companies in Northwest Louisiana. Some are good and reliable. Others not so much. When you find one the you can trust stick with them. Moon Air is that company for me.
Moon installed my AC system and they also do all the maintenance. Their employees are pros, respectful and do the work correctly. Prices are very reasonable.

You won't be disappointed with Moon's. When I bought my first home, I went with Moon's to service my HVAC because they were recommended by my older sister, who has high standards. After a few visits, they broke the news to me that our 10 year old unit was not under warranty and required expensive repairs. It was going to be best to invest in a new unit. They thoroughly explained our options. We went with an energy efficient variable speed unit. They registered the unit for us and made sure we received the rebate we were eligible for and that we were aware of a tax credit. It has been almost one year since it has been installed, and it kept us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Billy, Larenda, and the team will take care of you!
This is a company that lives up to their promises. My AC went out on the day before Easter. They sent someone out at 9 am Easter morning. This was even after I told the we understood and did not expect them out on the holiday. That is dedication. Also they fixed it right away. Thank you Moon's. We are glad we made the decision to choose you over many available companies.
