Moon's did a great job repairing my HVAC system, I would it recommend them to anyone.
Moon's Air was the AC team selected by the builder. They knew the nuts and bolts of the house so I tested their knowledge and customer service. Five years later we are still on their twice a year maintenance plan. Billy remains committed to service after install and Lorenda (sp?) in the office is amazing. Guys in the field are communicative and timely.

I had them do an upgrade from 4 ton central air unit to 5 ton,
Everything except the ducts, including new Wifi thermostat.
Altho They were not the lowest estimate,
They have the best warranty in town,
10 year parts/3 years labor.
The 2 guys who worked my job were happy professional workers,
They blasted thru it like they had done it a million times.
They would have completed the entire upgrade in 4-5 hours,
Except I had to do repairs between demo and install.
I hope the warranty goes as well as the install,
I'm happy with everything so far and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

MOON did everything would expect from a professional service company. The first visit spent time evaluating the ducting problem and recommended several solutions, answered my questions in language normal people can understand. We picked a solution, all needed equipment was in stock. Moon made an appointment, showed up on time, installed new equipment and rearranged existing ductwork. They took pictures of before and after. I was very pleased with their work. Time will tell if the installation solves our infiltration problem. I highly recommend Moon's.
