They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning and inspection the units. Very professional. I had one unit that wouldn't come on and another technician came and completed it and got it started , this was all in the same day. Everybody was so very nice and professional. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

MOON'S AIR is the BEST!!!! I have a Service Contract and when they come out they are always on time. Very thorough. They always explain to me what needs to be done to keep my ac and heating unit, inside and outside, running good. I highly recommend having a service contract. There are a lot of benefits that come with it.
The guys that come out are very nice, very knowledgeable, and are always on time.
I called Moon's today to inquire on a blind service quote/ try to get some advice. My call was answered courteously, and then my questions were given to the owner who gave time and consideration before calling me back to give me sound advice. It was refreshing to have someone give me a quote and talk me through what they would do/ what would be best for my situation.
