We had our system cleaned including ductwork and vents and evaporator coils last Thursday. There's a new noise coming from the system now that sounds like a clinking of metal every time the AC turns on. My husband and I both called requesting someone take a look and correct whatever the issue is, and they said they would get someone out here by Wednesday or Thursday. I'll finish my review after the problem is resolved.
They came out and resolved the problem, yay! It was our return air filter making the noise. Jason adjusted it and the noise stopped. He most certainly went above and beyond our expectations. They were very gracious and patient with us. Thank you guys ????
Our new ac installation was incredibly quick and well done, the employees were wonderful and professional. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
