I just want to update my review. My family and myself have had a contract with Moon's Air for several years. They came out just this week, and there was a problem with my system not putting out warm air. The technicians (Aaron, Daniel, Jaycob) diagnosed the problem and subsequently fixed it.
I highly recommend Moon's Air, and I also believe that the semi-annual maintenence saves a good deal of money, especially with regards to helping your current HVAC system last for a long time.
I highly recommend Moon's Air. They are the best to respond to your needs and get everything fixed quickly! They do quality work and easy to work with. Friendly customer service.

MOON'S AIR is the BEST!!!! I have a Service Contract and when they come out they are always on time. Very thorough. They always explain to me what needs to be done to keep my ac and heating unit, inside and outside, running good. I highly recommend having a service contract. There are a lot of benefits that come with it.

I called Moon's today to inquire on a blind service quote/ try to get some advice. My call was answered courteously, and then my questions were given to the owner who gave time and consideration before calling me back to give me sound advice. It was refreshing to have someone give me a quote and talk me through what they would do/ what would be best for my situation.
Always courteous and always willing to help out as soon as possible with a/c problems. My a/c quit late one Friday afternoon just as out of town guests arrived for the weekend. Panicked in the triple digit heat, I called Moon's. Mr Lusby himself came out immediately and had the unit running in no time at all. A real lifesaver! Good people!
