Moon's never ceases to impress me. They called me for my second A/C check/tune up that was included with my installation over a year ago and I had totally forgotten that was even included! in addition to professional, on time, high quality, responsive and good value add integrity! They could have easily skipped this and I never would have remembered.

Always courteous and always willing to help out as soon as possible with a/c problems. My a/c quit late one Friday afternoon just as out of town guests arrived for the weekend. Panicked in the triple digit heat, I called Moon's. Mr Lusby himself came out immediately and had the unit running in no time at all. A real lifesaver! Good people!

Jason came out and evaluated my equipment, gave me different options based on the size of my home, solar orientation, construction, and electrical capability.
The office staff followed up with me and made sure that I was satisfied with the work and service that Moon's had provided.
